Processing Time

All orders are hand-poured and packed with care. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing before your order ships. During holidays or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.

We offer:

Flat Rate Shipping
Free Shipping on orders over $120

Local Delivery (Lafayette, LA)

We offer a flat fee delivery within Lafayette.

We also offer free local delivery within our neighborhood using the code: Cypressglow.

Orders are delivered directly to your door within 1–2 days after processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Warm Weather Shipping

Candles may soften or melt in high heat. We pack your order carefully, but please bring your package inside as soon as possible after delivery during warmer months.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please email us at dreamandglowcandles@gmail.com within 48 hours, and we’ll be happy to help.
