Refund policy
At Dream & Glow Candles, each candle is hand-poured with care to ensure the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at dreamandglowcandles@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace any items that arrive damaged or defective.
Please note:
- We cannot offer refunds for items that have been used or burned.
- All sale and custom items are final.
